At Health Cab & Co, we’re committed to promoting independence and dignity for everyone we support—NDIS participants, aged care clients, and anyone needing safe medical transport. We respect and acknowledge all cultures and groups and strive to provide responsive, genuine care to everyone who travels with us. Our services are tailored to meet your individual needs, whether that’s a regular trip to medical appointments, a day out shopping or visiting family, a social outing or community event, or a longer interstate medical transfer. Whatever the journey, we aim to create a warm, family-oriented environment that makes you feel welcome and valued.

Our Dedicated Workers

Our care workers are experienced, qualified, and genuinely invested in the people they support—whether that’s an NDIS participant, an aged care client, or someone needing a safe transfer to a medical appointment. From accompanying you on outings and errands to helping you settle in for a longer stay away from home, we tailor our support to what matters to you. We also organise group outings so you can bring family and friends along for the journey. Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles as well as a seven-seat SUV, so there’s room for the whole group to travel together.

At Health Cab & Co, our mission is to empower our community by providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transport — with a special focus on medical transport, from local appointments to long-distance transfers across Queensland, including our regular runs between Hervey Bay Hospital, Bundaberg, and the Gold Coast. We're dedicated to supporting NDIS participants and aged care clients alike, ensuring that when access to care matters most, we're there to get you there safely.
